STAY RESERVATION

• Book on our website to get the best online rate.
• You can take advantage of the Late-Checkout or you can stay in the apartment until 11:30.
• For booking your stay you can choose between different rates each with their own specific conditions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• At check-in, the balance is due and Guests are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of € 200.00 in cash or with a credit card pre-authorization.
• The security deposit is refunded on departure, as long as there are no breakages, damage and/or items missing attributable to the guest.
• The security deposit is also withheld if the guest does not remove any rubbish and/or leaves the kitchen, the furniture and the utensils (saucepans, glasses, cutlery, crockery, bowls, cups etc.) not suitably clean.

FINAL CLEANING

• Flat final cleaning always included in the reservation fee.

FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION

CITY TAX

• The city tax is not included in the rates you find in our online booking, it is to be paid directly on site.

PETS ACCEPTANCE POLICIES

• All our facilities are pet-friendly: we remind you to keep them with you all the time and not to forget them in the apartment alone, unless for emergency case.
• After the stay of any pet, each apartment is deeply cleaned and completely sanitized.
• If your dog weights less than 10 kg you will pay € 10,00 per day (for other cases please contact us in advance).
• Remember: pets are not allowed on the public beach and for them there a special place called "Spiaggia di Pluto" (dog's beach).

• BOOK NOW AND PAY AT CHECK-INBook now your apartment with the possibility of paying the full amount of the stay on arrival.A valid VISA / MASTER CARD credit card (no rechargeable, no business) is required as guarantee. No charge is made to the card.In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, or NO-SHOW, the amount of the first night will be charged.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

The cancellation policy of the stay depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking.

• BOOK EARLY AND SAVE You can cancel your reservation up to 6 days before arrival.
• BEST RATE, 100% FULL PRE-PAYMENT, NON-REFUNDABLE RATE In case of cancellation, at any time, no refund will be provided.
• BOOK NOW AND PAY AT CHECK-IN In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, or NO-SHOW, the amount of the first night will be charged.

For all refunds an administrative fee of € 50,00 will be deducted

BOOKING INSURANCE

• For a relaxing stay with no worries, every guest has the possibility to add a small extra fee and make use of the ALLIANZ BOOKING PROTECTION insurance policy.
• At the end of the on-line reservation process, you may book an optional travel insurance (standard or PLUS), whose fees are calculated on the total amount of your stay with us.
• The insurance has to be booked on-line & paid directly to ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE, within 24 hours after receiving our booking confirmation.

Guests who have taken out an ALLIANZ BOOKING PROTECTION insurance policy must promptly notify the cancellation to the
